Pair of Vintage Eames style DAR chairs

The Eames DAR Armchair were designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1950. This pair comes probably from a slightly later period and are without labels. The chairs were probably produced around 1960. The characteristic seating shell is sat on their original Eiffel bases. The chairs are still manufactured today. This pair have a lovely, original vintage feel and age related marks to the seats and frame commensurate with age, complete with sheepskins that have clearly been with the chairs a long while.

Dimensions: 33” high to the top of the back rest x 24” wide to include are supports x 18” high to the seat.
